Apotheon “Shoot to Win” Sweepstakes — Official Rules
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING RELATIVE TO ANY OTHER SINGLE ENTRY. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.
1. Sponsor. This sweepstakes is sponsored and administered by Apotheon Premium Indoor Range & Training (“Apotheon”), 1528 Campus Dr, Unit B, Warminster, PA 18974.
2. Sweepstakes Period. The sweepstakes begins at open of business on Friday, October 2, 2026 and ends at close of business on Monday, October 5, 2026 (the “Sweepstakes Period”).
3. Eligibility. Open to legal residents of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania who are 21 years of age or older at the time of entry and who are legally eligible to possess a firearm under all applicable federal, state, and local laws. Employees of Apotheon and their immediate family members are not eligible. Void where prohibited by law.
4. How to Enter. There are two equal methods of entry:
(a) Entry with purchase: During the Sweepstakes Period, entrants receive one (1) entry for every $10.00 spent in store at Apotheon on qualifying purchases (lane time, ammunition, gear, training, and other in-store purchases). USPSA match entry fees are not qualifying purchases and do not earn entries.
(b) Free entry — no purchase necessary: During the Sweepstakes Period, any eligible person may request one (1) free entry per person per day at the Apotheon front counter during business hours. No purchase of any kind is required. Free entries are entered into the same prize pool as purchase-based entries and carry the identical chance of winning per entry.
All entries are tracked digitally in Apotheon’s point-of-sale / customer management system. No physical ticket is issued.
5. Prize. One (1) winner will receive a new GLOCK 19 Gen 6 semi-automatic pistol, chambered in 9mm Luger. Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $620.00. The prize is non-transferable, and no cash substitution is available, except that Apotheon reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the stated prize becomes unavailable, or to award an alternate prize of equivalent value where the winner cannot lawfully receive the firearm. Any taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner.
6. Winner Selection. Each individual entry is assigned a unique sequential entry number. The winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received, conducted using a digital random number generator, on or about Tuesday, October 6, 2026. Every individual entry carries the same statistical probability of selection. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. An auditable log of the entry pool and drawing result will be retained.
7. Winner Notification. The potential winner will be contacted using the contact information associated with their entry. If a potential winner does not respond within seven (7) days of first notification, an alternate winner will be drawn by the same method.
8. Firearm Transfer Requirements. The prize firearm will be transferred only at Apotheon’s licensed (FFL) facility in Warminster, PA, in full compliance with all federal and state law. The winner must complete ATF Form 4473 and pass the required background check (NICS/PICS). If the winner does not pass the background check or is otherwise legally ineligible to receive the firearm, that winner will be disqualified and an alternate winner will be drawn via the same digital random number generator process. Apotheon will process the prize transfer at its facility; any government fees associated with the standard background check for the prize transfer will be paid by Apotheon.
9. General Conditions. By entering, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Apotheon, which are final and binding. Apotheon reserves the right to disqualify any entry obtained through fraud or tampering. This sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta Platforms, Inc., Instagram, or Facebook.
